The countdown to Eurafrica Trail 2020 will officially start on 14 February, with registration opening at 20:30 CET.
Registration for the next edition of the world’s only intercontinental mountain stage race, to be held from 27 October to 2 November 2020, will be available on the event’s website, eurafricatrail.com
The Eurafrica Trail is a week-long experience of life and sport, with four stages spread over southern Europe and northern Africa. The two shores are linked through the routes in the provinces of Cadiz and Malaga, Gibraltar and Morocco through competition and coexistence between the cultures that make up the Eurafrica Territory.
The organization of Eurafrica Trail offers participants two registration options for those who wish to be intercontinental, with the modalities of 112 and 70 kilometers, respectively; as well as the option to participate only in one of the local races.
Thus, those who wish to live the full competitive experience may register for the Intercontinental 112. The Eurafrica Trail is the most demanding of all the competitive events, with the four stages that make up the intercontinental challenge on both sides of the Strait.
The Intercontinental 70, on the other hand, offers an additional day of rest, consisting of three stages and a lower mileage, although it shares all the experience with its ‘big sister’ in terms of accommodation, food and travel of the Eurafrican caravan.
In addition, there is an attractive plan for the accompanying persons, with guided gastronomic and cultural visits and the monitoring of the races, among others.
On the other hand, those who do not wish to be intercontinental but wish to enjoy one of the sections of the Eurafrica Trail, can do so by registering for one of the races that make up the challenge.
The registration period for Eurafrica Trail 2020 in all its modalities will be open on February 14th.
