One of Eurafrica Trail’s hallmarks is the sense of community we create: a tribe, a family travelling together for a few days through the mountains, villages and cultures of the Strait of Gibraltar.

Since the very beginning, we have wanted friends and family members to become part of that tribe, joining runners, volunteers and the organisation team on this unique adventure.

More than just a race, Eurafrica Trail is an extraordinary journey through the cultures of Gibraltar, Spain and Morocco. It is an unforgettable experience that companions can enjoy while discovering the remarkable landscapes and heritage of the Intercontinental Mediterranean Biosphere Reserve (IMBR), as runners immerse themselves in the energy and magic of the race.

Two different visions of the Mediterranean await us. Two worlds that face each other across the Strait, sharing countless connections and traditions. East and West, separated by only a handful of miles.

Together, we will uncover the secrets of one of the legendary Pillars of Hercules in Gibraltar, walk through the so-called “last Mediterranean rainforest” in Los Alcornocales Natural Park (Spain), and explore the beautiful medina of Tetouan (Morocco).
